畜禽养殖业的发展提供了更多、更优质的畜产品。但发展的同时,对区域环境的污染也呈加重趋势。结合畜禽养殖业环境监察工作实践,进行了畜禽养殖业环境现场监管、执法信息系统填报、排污费核算等方面的科学探讨。

The development of livestock and poultry breeding industry provides more and better livestock,but development,pollution of the environment of the region also tended to be worse.The authors combine their livestock farming environmental monitoring in practice,the livestock industry,environmental site monitoring,reporting law enforcement information systems,sewage and other aspects of the science of accounting.
