摘要
各国高校间的竞争,实质上是学科间的竞争,学科间的竞争核心是科技力的竞争。我国高校有关学科竞争力、科技竞争力的研究日渐增多,但对学科科技竞争力的研究处于起步阶段。文章从高校学科科技竞争力的概念入手,对高校学科科技竞争力的构成要素、评价指标体系及评价方法进行了阐述,分析了我国高校学科科技竞争力研究中存在的问题,并提出对某层次大学主干学科科技竞争力进行实证研究的构想。
Competition between the universities of various countries is essentially the interdisciplinary competition,the core of which is the competition of sci-tech strength.Researches on the discipline competitiveness and sci-tech competitiveness are increasingly hot in Chinese universities,but the research on sci-tech competitiveness of discipline is at an elementary stage.This paper presents the constitute elements of sci-tech competitiveness in universities,evaluation index system and evaluation method from the concept of university discipline's sci-tech competitiveness,analyzes the research problems of Chinese universities' sci-tech competitiveness of discipline,amd then puts forward,at a certain level,some thinkings on empirical research of universities' sci-tech competitiveness of main disciplines.
