摘要
目的探讨妊娠中期腹腔镜手术治疗巨大卵巢囊肿的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析2004年6月至2008年6月在我院因妊娠合并卵巢囊肿接受腹腔镜辅助手术治疗的11例患者的Ij缶床资料。结果所有患者均在腹腔镜下完成手术，无1例中转开腹，无术中并发症发生。平均手术时间32min，术中平均出血25ml。无腹痛、阴道流血等先兆流产症状。术后平均住院时间6d。1l例患者均成功分娩健康婴儿。结论在妊娠中期选择腹腔镜辅助手术治疗巨大卵巢囊肿是安全可行的。
Objective To explore the safety and feasibility in treatment in large ovarian cyst during second trimester by laparoscopy-assisted surgery.Methods We retrospectively studied 11 patients of ovarian cyst during second trimester who underwent Laparoscopy-assisted surgery in Linyi Yishui center hospital from June ,2004 to June, 2008.Result All patients were successfully performed without complication.The mean operation time was 32min,the mean volume of bleeding during operation was 25ml.No one had symptoms such as abdominal pain and viginal bleeding.The mean time of hospitalization after operation was 6 days. All patientts delivered healthy babies.Conclutions Laparoscopy-assisted surgery is safe and feasible in treatment in large ovarian cyst during second trimester
