摘要
护理实践教学是护理教育最重要的组成部分,校内实践性教学是技能型人才培养的关键环节。高职院校结合教学实际状况,采用加大实训硬件环境建设的投入、加强实践教学教师的培养、实训室全天对学生开放、开展专业技能竞赛、对学生进行操作技能考核与评价等措施,可使学生实践操作技能和综合素质有效的提高。
