阳城商汤祷雨文化现象探析

An Exploration on the Cultural Phenomenon of Praying for Rain in Yangcheng

阳城的析城山是商汤祷雨之地,国内称"桑林"的地方很多,但既称桑林又有成汤庙的仅阳城县有。阳城的成汤庙在全国最多,加之十年九旱的气候特征,使得阳城人的雨水崇拜之情相当浓烈,反映了人民群众崇德向善有其特定的文化意义。

Xichengshan,Yangcheng,was a place of praying for rain in Shangtang period.There are many places called Sanglin in China,while Yangcheng is the only place which has Chengtang Temples and Sanglin as well.The Chengtang Temples and the dry climate make people in Yangcheng worship rain very much.Which reflects that advocating ethics and doing good turns have a specific cultural significance.
