摘要
目前,许多高职院校的教学评价指标和权重一般只有定性分析,没有定量分析,缺乏理论依据。本文应用层次分析法,按照以下四个步骤:构造多级层次结构模型、建立比较判断矩阵、计算相对重要度及一致性检验、计算综合重要度及一致性检验,用定性和定量相结合,以某职业技术学院为例,对教师教学质量进行评价,设计了基于matlab语言的程序,易于操作和计算。
At present,teaching evaluation index and weight in many vocational colleges only includes qualitative analysis,no quantitative analysis,which is lack of theoretical basis.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,according to the following four steps: structural multilevel structure model,a comparatively judgment matrix,calculating the relative importance degree and consistency inspection,calculation of comprehensive important degree and consistency inspection,adopting qualitative and quantitative,with a professional technology institute as an example,this paper manages to evaluate the teachers' teaching quality,and designs a program on the basis of matlab language,which is helpful in operating and calculating.
