钼掺杂TiO_2纳米薄膜的制备及其光催化活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用Sol-Gel法制备掺钼纳米TiO2溶胶,再采用浸渍提拉法制备Mo-TiO2纳米薄膜,通过XRD、XPS、SEM等测试手段对制备的Mo-TiO2纳米薄膜进行表征;以罗丹明B为反应体系,考察了钼掺杂量、烧结温度、保温时间对TiO2晶格畸变、晶粒尺寸、晶型及光催化活性的影响。结果表明,部分Mo6+取代晶格中Ti4+的位置,引起晶格畸变,抑制晶粒长大与TiO2由锐钛矿相向金红石相转变;掺杂适量的钼有利于提高TiO2光催化效果,在500℃烧结、钼掺杂量1.5%(以钛物质的量计)、保温1 h时制备的Mo-TiO2纳米薄膜具有最佳光催化效果。 Mo-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared via Sol-Gel method and nano-film by dip-doped method.They were characterized by XRD,XPS,SEM.The photocatalytic activity was investigated by degradation of RB.Effects of calcination temperature,keeping-warm time and Mo doping content on crystal lattice distortion,grain size,crystal phase and photocatalytic activity were investigated.The results showed that most of Mo6+ took the place of Ti4+ in the crystal lattice of TiO2,which led to crystal lattice distortion,restrained the increase of grain size and inhibited the phase transformation from anatase to rutile of TiO2.Doping with the appropriate content of Mo improved the photocatalytic activity of TiO2.The photocatalytic activity was the highest when TiO2 nanoparticles doped 1.5%(in mole) Mo was calcined at 500 ℃ with keeping-warm time of 1 h.
