摘要 针对现有测试设备无法解决室内大靶面高精度立靶坐标的测试问题,提出了采用线阵CCD交汇测量与人工光源相结合的测量方法.分析了探测光幕的形成及CCD的灵敏度,提出以波长为680 nm的高亮度LED作为发光器件,通过对LED阵列光能量分布的计算,设计了П形线光源的结构参数.实弹测试结果表明:设计的П形线光源满足线阵CCD交汇测量系统的背景照明要求,室内线阵CCD交汇测量系统能够可靠捕获弹丸,坐标测量误差小于10mm,扩展了线阵CCD交汇测量系统的应用范围. In order to solve the problem that the vertical target coordinate can not be tested by the existing test equipment, a method of using a linear-CCD intersection measuring system and artificial light sources are proposed. The constitution of the detecting screen and the sensitivity of CCD are analyzed. A LED with high brightness whose wavelength is 680 nm is applied as a light-emitting device. The light energy distribution of LED array is calculated and the structural parameters of the П-shaped linear source are designed. The field testing results show that the П- shaped linear source meets the requirements of the background lighting source for the linear-CCD intersection measuring system. The system can capture the shot reliably,and the measurement error is less than 10 mm. The applications of the linear-CCD intersection measuring system are extended.
