摘要
以野生石蒜为原料,以乙醇为提取剂,研究了石蒜中石蒜碱的超声波法提取工艺条件。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定超声波法提取石蒜中石蒜碱的最佳工艺条件为:超声波功率300 W、提取温度55℃、提取时间2.0 h、料液比1∶5(g∶mL)、提取2次,在此条件下,产率为0.464%、提取率为94.7%。与传统的溶剂法相比,超声波法具有提取时间短、提取温度低、产率与提取率高等优点。
The ultrasonic extraction of lycorine from Lycoris Herb.was studied in this article.Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: ultrasonic power of 300 W,extraction temperature of 55 ℃,extraction time of 2.0 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶5(g∶mL),extraction times of twice.Under above conditions,the yield was 0.464%,and the extraction rate was 94.7%.Compared with the traditional solvent method,the ultrasonic method had advantages of less extraction time,lower extraction temperature and higher yield and extraction rate.
