闭合复位AO空心加压螺钉固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折体会

Experience of closed reset AO hollow pressurized screws care of elderly femoral neck fracture

目的:探讨闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:选择2004年6月～2009年6月采用闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折32例。GardenⅠ2例,GardenⅡ16例,GardenⅢ13例,GardenⅣ1例。受伤至手术时间为1～7 d,平均3 d。结果:所有患者均得到随访,随访时间平均为35个月。31例骨折愈合,其中有7例(22.6%)后期发生股骨头无菌性坏死;1例(3.1%)骨折不愈合。骨折愈合时间平均为5.4个月。无感染发生。结论:闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折是一种损伤小,且固定可靠的治疗方法。

Objective： To explore the hollow compression screw closed reduction fixation of the treatment of senile femoral neck fracture effects.Methods： Selected June 2004 to June 2009,adopt closed reset hollow pressurized screws internal fixation for femoral neck fracture 32 cases.Garden Ⅰin 2 cases,Garden Ⅱin 16 cases,Garden Ⅲ in 13 cases,Garden Ⅳ in 1 case.Injury to operation time 1 to 7 days,in average of 3 days.Results： All cases were got follow-up,follow-up time an average of 35 months.31 cases of fracture healing,including 7 cases（22.6%） occur late aseptic necrosis of the femoral;1 cases（3.1%） of fracture nonunion.Fracture healing time an average of 5.4 months.Without infection occured.Conclusion： Closed reset hollow pressurized screws internal fixation for femoral neck bone fold is a little injury,and fixed reliable treatments.
