美托洛尔、西地兰治疗快速性心律失常临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of tachyarrhythmia treated with metoprolol and cedilanid

目的:探讨美托洛尔、西地兰治疗快速性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2008年10月～2010年10月收治的快速性心律失常患者60例,将其随机分为A、B两组,各30例,A组给予美托洛尔5 mg+5%葡萄糖溶液20 ml5 min内静注,B组给予西地兰0.4 mg+5%葡萄糖溶液20 ml 5 min内静注,观察两组的治疗效果及给药前后心室率的变化。结果:治疗后A组患者有效率高于B组,A组给药后起效时间短于B组,心室率下降幅度高于B组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显低血压及缓慢性心律失常。结论:美托洛尔治疗快速性心律失常效果较好,用药后起效速度更快,值得应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol andcedilanid in treatment of tachyarrhythmias.Methods： 60 tachyarrhythmia patients in hospital from October 2008 to October 2010 were randomly divided into A,B group,30 patients each group,patients in group A was given metoprolol 5 mg＋5% glucose saline 20 ml,intravenous inject in 5 minuits;group B was given cedilanid 0.4 mg＋5% glucose saline 20 ml 5 minutes static note treatment,observed the treatment effects,ventricular rate change before and after treatment.Results： After treatment,efficient rate of group A was higher than group B,effect onset time was shorter than group B,decrease part of heart rate was more than group B,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.There were no significant hypertension and arrhythmia in two groups.Conclusion： The effect of tachyarrhythmia treated with metoprolol is better,speed of effect onset is faster,so it is worthy of application.
