介绍电压波动和闪变的定义、相关概念、危害;国家标准GB/T12326-2008《电能质量电压波动和闪变》对电压波动和闪变的限值、测试、计算和评估方法的相关规定;总结电压波动和闪变的治理措施,提出执行标准的几点建议。
This paper introduces the definitions, related concepts and hazards of voltage fluctuation and flicker; provides related requirements for limits, testing, calculation and assessment methods of voltage fluctuation and flicker specified in the national standard GB / T 12326- 2008 Power Quality-- Voltage Fhucation and Flicker ; and finally summarizes the control measures for voltage fluctuation and flicker and puts forward several suggestions on the implementation of standards
