持续负压吸引技术治疗切口感染32例临床分析

The clinic analysis of 32 patients' postoperative active infection treated with continual pouring and high negative pressure absorbing

目的:探讨持续负压吸引技术在切口感染治疗中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2003年10月～2010年6月通化市第三人民医院术后切口感染32例患者的临床资料,行持续负压吸引技术,观察其疗效。结果:31例患者均在2周内愈合,无其他并发症。1例患者合并非霍奇金病临床死亡。结论:持续冲洗负压吸引技术治疗切口感染具有创伤小、恢复快,可缩短患者住院时间、降低住院费用、瘢痕小等优点。

Objective： To explore the application of continual pouring and high negative pressure absorbing for treatment of postoperative active infection.Methods： A retrospective study on the clinic effective of 32 patients＇ postoperative acute infection in the third people＇s hospital of Tonghua from October 2003 to June 2010,treated with continual pouring and high negative pressure absorbing,and observed the effect.Results： 31 patients were all cured within 2 weeks without other complication.One case was clinic death duo to hodgking＇s disease.Conclusion： The continual pouring and high negative pressure absorbing technology for treatment of postoperative infection have some advantages such as wounds small,recover fast,reduce shorten time in hospital,reduction of hospital charges and small keloids.
