摘要
本文对有机溶剂萃取法提取衣康酸的工艺进行了研究。先进行了萃取剂的选择,研究了不同pH值,萃取温度对衣康酸萃取工艺的影响。并确定萃取剂为乙酸乙酯,总的回收率为72%。
The method of solvent extraction of itaconic acid from the mother liquid was studied.First,the suitable extractant was chosen.Then,the effects of several parameters,such as pH value in aqueous phase and temperature on extraction of itaconic acid,were determined.The results showed that the suitable extractant was ethyl acetate.The total recovery of itaconic acid was 72%.
