摘要 钢贸企业集群经营虽然具有理论上的融资优势,但资金需求频繁、量大额高却缺乏抵押物的现状使钢贸企业集群融资仍存在客观困难。本文通过对威海龙兴钢贸企业信用资源开发与共享成功解决融资难题的案例分析,指出民营化市场管理主体下信息对称经营网络的构建是该集群融资模式稳定运行的基础,剖析信用资源由内到外分层发掘和整合是该集群融资模式运行的必要条件,揭示俱乐部机制内在作用是该集群融资模式有效性得以充分发挥的深层机理。 Intheory, although steel trading company has financing advantages by cluster management, steel trading business requires a lot of financial support. But these enterprises are generally lack collateral, and have diMculties in mortgage financing. Based on how Weihai Longxing Steel Trade Enterprise solved financing problems successfully through sharing credit resources, we analyze that privatization and information symmetry is the base of steel trade finance business. We also find that exploring and sharing the credit resources are necessary conditions to successful financing. We conclude that club mechanism plays as underlying role in steel trading enterprises financing.
