摘要
自1998年国家开发银行探索和实践开发性金融以来,已经取得了优良的业绩。2008年12月,国家开发银行由政策性银行改革为商业银行,改革难度大,具有特殊性。本文重点分析其转型中面临的一系列问题,提出改革初期和长期的发展战略。
China Development Bank （CDB） has achieved outstanding operational results since exploring and developing financial activities in 1998.CDB switched from policy bank to commercial bank in December 2008, which was special and dif- ficult. This paper focuses on the analysis of series of problems confronted in transformation, and then puts forward the devel- opment strategies respectively in the commercialization periods of early days and long days.
