高校青年教师思想政治教育的困境与对策考察

青年教师是高校教师中最具活力的社会群体,其思想政治状况如何直接关系到高校教学及科研整体发展水平和合格人才的培养。当前,外部环境失衡和内部因素缺陷导致高校青年教师思想政治教育面临宽泛虚空的困境,使高校青年教师思想政治教育日渐边缘化。坚持以人为本,营造良好氛围,改进教育方法,创新教育机制并实施青年教师马克思主义者培养工程是走出高校青年教师思想政治教育困境的必由之路。

The young teachers＇ ideological and political status at college is directly related to the overall development of college level teaching and research and qualified personnel training.At present,the external environment and internal factors imbalance defects in young college teachers＇ ideological and political education is facing the plight of the void,so that ideological and political education of young college teachers increasingly marginalized.People-oriented,creating a good atmosphere,improving teaching methods,innovative young teacher education system and implementing the construction project are the methods to be out of the dilemma.
