大学生男女群体差异研究

A Research on Diversities Between Different Sexual Undergraduates

大学生群体是当前社会关注的焦点,与大学生群体相关的研究具有重要的现实意义,本文将研究焦点集中在大学生男女群体间的差异问题上。通过对大学生进行深入访谈,笔者识别出七种主要的差异类型,它们分别是:学业成绩差异、学习风气差异、体育活动差异、电脑使用差异、人际关系差异、就业压力差异和心理性格差异。在此基础上,本文进一步研究上述差异产生的原因并探索相互间的作用关系,构造出关系模型,此模型为教育管理者制定相关政策提供了可靠的理论依据。

The undergraduate community is a focal point which the current society pays attention to.Research on the undergraduate community has a vital practical significance.This paper focuses on the issue of the diversities between male and female students.Through deep interview with the undergraduates,the authors distinguish seven kinds of difference.They are as following：academic achievement difference,learning climate difference,physical training difference,computer using difference,personal relationship difference,obtaining employment pressure difference and psychology difference.Based on this,more effects are used to investigate the reasons of the differences and the interaction among them.As a research result,a framework which could help the high-education managers to design educational policy is constructed.
