Information System Management of the Production Plan for Standards-Obeying and Burden-Alleviating

针对随着电网迅速发展导致生产班组工作量不断增大的问题，建立了生产计划管理信息系统。该系统打破了各生产业务管理模块孤岛运行的情况，以生产计划为主线，将相关模块连接在一起，实现生产信息的一次录入和信息共享，有利于“规范工作计划管理、为班组减负”目标的实现。

Aiming at the constantly increasing load in the work team as the power grid rapidly developing, this paper develops an informaton management system of productive plans. The system treats the proctive plan as a main module that integrates all other relative administration modules, so that these administration modules will not operate separately, and the relative production information will enter the system once it occurs and be in share, and this is in favor of productive plan administration standardization and work team＇s burden alleviating.
