摘要
为了保证供电网最大的安全性和灵活性,设计了基于电源转换开关(方案1)、隔离变压器(方案2)以及采用零序电抗器实现变压器中性点对接地隔离(方案3)的三种TN、IT系统共存于同一建筑的方案。其中,方案3对一般负荷采用中性点直接接地的方式供电,又解决了向特别重要负荷供电的中性点不直接接地的问题,对保证供电连续性和电气安全都具有显著意义。
In order to ensure maximum safety and flexibility of power supply, three schemes with TN abd IT systems being together in a building are designed in this paper, which are respectively based on transfer switchs (Scheme 1 ) , insulating transformer (Scheme 2) and neutral-point earthing isolation using zero-sequence reactor (Scheme 3). Among them, Scheme 3 can supply power in neutral point directly-grounding mode to the general load, and also to the particularly important load without neutral point directly-grounding, so that this scheme can ensure the continuity and electrical safety of power supply.
