摘要
以湖北黄袍山保健食品有限公司提供的油茶茶籽和茶油为试材,分别采用三酸消化法、混酸消化法和干法灰化法对油茶籽进行消化,采用湿法消化法对茶油进行消化,用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Zn、Cu 6种金属元素的含量。结果表明:不同的消化方法所得的测定结果有差异,混酸消化法是处理茶籽的较好方法。油茶籽中金属元素含量大小次序为:Ca>K>Mg>Mn>Zn>Cu,茶油中金属元素含量大小次序为:Mg>Ca>K>Mn>Cu>Zn。
With seed and seed oil of Camellia oleifera Abel provided by Hubei Huangpaoshan Health Food Limited Goporation as experiment materials, the contents of K, Ca, MS, Mn, Zn and Cu were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry method after the seeds treated by acid digestion and dry digestion and the seed oil treated by wet digestion. The results showed that the digesting with mixed acids was better for treating seed. The contents of metallic elements in Camellia oleifera seed were in order of Ca 〉 K 〉 Mg 〉 Mn 〉 Zn 〉 Cu, while those in seed oil were Mg 〉 Ca 〉 K 〉 Mn 〉 Cu 〉 Zn.
