2009年威海口岸出入境人员艾滋病知识、态度和行为调查

Survey on AIDS Knowledge,Attitude and Practice Among Entry-exit at Weihai Port,2009

[目的]了解威海口岸出入境人员对艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为现状,为今后开展出入境人员艾滋病预防控制工作提供科学依据。[方法]对威海口岸和保健中心等地的出入境人员进行自填式问卷调查,用Epi-Infor 6.0软件进行统计分析。[结果]本次问卷调查1 200人,有效调查问卷1 156份,有效率96.33%。艾滋病知识综合知晓率为71.19%。其中正确率最高的单题为共用针头是否会传染艾滋病(93.69%);最低为蚊虫叮咬不会传染艾滋病病毒(50.87%)。文化程度越高艾滋病相关知识知晓率越高。[结论]要进一步加大出入境人员的健康教育力度,做到在控制上以预防为主,在预防上以宣教为主;同时加强对低文化程度人群的宣传力度,使艾滋病的防治知识,从传染预防措施到健康行为形成,多方面广泛深入渗透于群众的思想意识之中,人人提高防艾意识,自觉形成良好行为习惯。

[Objective]To understand the current situation of AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior among entry-exit personnel at Weihai port,and to provide scientific basis for AIDS control and prevention among entry-exit personnel at Weihai port.[Methods]A questionnaire survey was employed among entry-exit personnel at Weihai port and health care center,and the data were analyzed with Epi-Infor6.0.[Results]The questionnaire survey was employed in 1 200 people,1 156 questionnaires were effective rate 96.3%,the average accurate rate of knowledge question about AIDS among entry-exit personnel was 72.3%,the highest accuracy was single entitle shared needles spread of AIDS（93.7%）,the minimum of mosquito bites can not transmit HIV（68.0%）.The rat of highly educated personnel was higher.[Conclusion]The work of entry-exit personnel health education should be emphasized,strengthen education on AIDS knowledge in low education group.It is necessary to adopt multi-channel,the multi-ways of the propaganda for prevention and control of AIDS.
