红景天含片缓解小鼠体力疲劳作用的研究

Study on the Anti-fatigue Function of Integripetal Rhodiola Herb

[目的]研究红景天含片的抗疲劳保健功能。[方法]给小鼠灌胃该含片低、中、高3个剂量组,同时设立对照组,观察小鼠体重、负重游泳时间、肝糖原含量、血乳酸等指标的变化。[结果]中、高剂量组含片的小鼠负重游泳时间(s)分别为635±212、660±247,与对照组377±100比较明显延长;小鼠肝糖原含量中剂量组为4.54±0.83(g/100 g肝组织),与对照组3.27±0.77(g/100 g肝组织)比较有显著增加;高剂量组小鼠运动前后血乳酸曲线下面积为85.3±7.5,与对照组112.9±13.3比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]该含片能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,显著增加小鼠肝糖原含量,减少小鼠运动前后血乳酸曲线下面积,具有缓解体力疲劳功能。

[Objective]To investigate the anti-fatigue effect of integripetal rhodiola herb in male ICR mice.[Methods]The mice were divided into four groups： the three test groups were given integripetal rhodiola herb and the control group was given double distilled water.Evaluating the weight of mice,swimming time carrying heavily,liver glycogen and the level of serum lactic acid.[Results]To the integripetal rhodiola herb sample,compared with the control groups,the middle and high mice groups delayed the maximum swimming time（s） significantly which was 635±212,660±247while the swimming time in the control group was 377±100;the middle mice group increased liver glycogen which was 4.54±0.83（g/100 g liver） while liver glycogen in the control group was 3.27±0.77（g/100 g liver）;the middle mice group decreased accumulation of serum lactic acid after swimming which was 85.3±7.5 while accumulation in the control group was 112.9±13.3.[Conclusion]The Rhodiola lozenge can significantly prolong the swimming time,significantly increase the glycogen content in mice,reduce blood lactate area under the curve before and after exercise,and relieve physical fatigue in function.
