2009～2010年玉林市医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

Analysis on Sterilization Quality Monitoring among the Medical Institutions in Yulin City,2009-2010

[目的]了解玉林市医疗机构的消毒状况和质量,分析存在问题,进一步提高医疗机构消毒工作的质量。[方法]对2009-2010年玉林市各级医疗机构消毒监测资料进行分析。[结果]2009-2010年合计检测各类样品2 709份,合格的2 422份,平均合格率为89.41%。检测合格率,2009年为89.81%,2010年为89.05%（P〉0.05）;市级医院为97.58%,县级医院为91.54%,乡镇医院为86.67%,个体诊所和私立医院为86.14%（P〈0.01）;物体表面为91.21%,医护人员手为80.16%,使用中消毒液为100.00%,室内空气为86.21%。[结论]玉林市市级和县级医疗机构消毒质量较高,乡镇医院、个体诊所及私立医院需要提高消毒质量。

[Objective]To know the situation of sterilization among the medical institutions in Yulin city,analyze the existing problems,so as to further improve the quality of sterilization in medical institutions.[Methods]Analysis was made on the monitoring data of sterilization of the medical institutions at all levels in Yulin city during 2009-2010.[Results]Of all the various kinds of 2 709 samples,2 422 were eligible with an average pass rate of 89.41%.The pass rate in 2009 was 89.81% and 89.05% in 2010（P〉0.05）;the pass rate of municipal hospitals,county hospitals,township hospitals,private clinics and private hospitals,was respectively 97.58 %,91.54%,86.67%,86.14%（P〈0.01）;the pass rate of object surface,the hands of medical workers,disinfectant in use,indoor air was 91.21%,80.16%,100.00%,and 86.21%.respectively.[Conclusion]The sterilization quality at municipal and county-level medical institutions is high.However,it is necessary for township hospitals,private clinics and private hospitals to improve their sterilization quality.
