2010年泰安市传染病疫情网络直报质量评价

Evaluation on the Quality of Web-based Reporting System of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Tai'an City,2010

[目的]全面了解网络直报单位的法定传染病疫情报告质量,发现存在问题,提出有效解决方法。[方法]对泰安市2010年传染病疫情网络直报的质量进行综合评价。[结果]2010年泰安市合计报告传染病卡17 186张,诊断到填卡时间间隔中位数为0.00 h,填卡到录入时间间隔中位数为0.15 h,录入到审核时间间隔中位数为0.08 h;报告及时率为99.76%,审核及时率为99.93%。报告卡填卡不完整的633张(14岁以下未填写家长姓名的24张、幼托儿童未注明托幼机构名称的326张、学生未注明学校的283张),占3.68%;报告信息不详的170张中(现住址不详的2张,职业不详的167张,职业、现住址均不详的1张),占0.99%;删除卡情况说明率为84.78%。全年无重卡。[结论]传染病报告及时率与审核及时率均较高,填卡完整率、删除卡情况说明率有待提高。

[Objective]To explore the quality of web-based reporting system of notifiable infectious diseases from hospitals and define the potential problems as well as the effective solutions for the network report.[Methods]Quality of web-based reporting system of notifiable infectious diseases in Tai＇an city in 2010 was evaluated and analyzed.[Results]There were 17 186 infectious diseases report cards in 2010.The median time between diagnosis of disease and record of cards was 0.00 h,and 0.15 h between record of cards and data online entry and 0.08 h between data entry and verification.The timeliness rate of disease report was 99.76% and the verification rate was 99.93%.There were 633 incomplete report cards and the percentage of incomplete data was3.68%（among which 24 cards without the parents name for persons less than 14 years old,326 cards without the kinddergarten name for children in kindergarten,283 cards without the school name for students）;there were 170 nonspecific cards and the percentage of nonspecific cards was 0.99%（among which 2 cards with current address,167 cards with occupation,1 card with occupation and current address）.The explanation rate of the deleted cards was 84.78%.There were no duplicate cards.[Conclusion]Both the timeliness of report and verification of notifiable infectious diseases are higher,however the integrality rate of data recorded and explanation rate of the deleted cards are still to be improved further.
