摘要 目的:提高聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的稳定性和耐水性。方法:采用醋酸乙烯酯为聚合单体、聚乙烯醇为胶体保护剂及乳化剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚的聚合反应,制备聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液。再利用单组实验法研究聚乙烯醇、乳化剂、引发剂、加料方式及反应温度等对制备稳定性和耐水性好的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的影响规律。结果:制备粘接强度、稳定性和耐水性良好的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的最佳反应条件为:聚合为温度75~76℃,选用复合乳化剂,单体配比:VAc∶AA∶BA=10∶0.90∶2.3,加料方法采用半连续法与连续法相结合,这样制备得的聚醋酸乙烯酯的稳定性和耐水性较好。结论:选择适当的反应条件,可以获得性能较好的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,对拓宽其应用范围有一定的参考价值。 Objective: Improve polyvinyl acetate emulsion stability and water resistance. Methods: Using the vinyl acetate for polymerization monomer, polyvinyl alcohol as colloid protecting agent and nonylphenols poly (ethylene oxide ether polymerization, for emulsifier preparation of polyvinyl acetate emulsion. Reuse aggregate-organ experimental study pva, emulsifier, initiator and way of feeding and reaction temperature, ctc on the preparation of stability and resistance to water good polyvinyl acetate emulsion regularity affected. Results: preparation adhesive strength, stability and good water resistance of polyvinyl acetate emulsion and the optimum reaction conditions for: Polymerization temperature of 75-76 ℃, Choose 2 % compound emulsifier, Monomer ratio: VAc : AA : BA= 10 : 0.90 : 2.3, charging method adopts semi-continuous method which combines with continuous. Such p^aration of polyvinyl acetate stability and good water resistance. Conclusions: proper selection of reaction conditions, can obtain good effect ofpolyvinyl acetate emulsion, to broaden its application scope is of some reference value.
