乳化液膜法用于乙二醇脱硫的研究

摘要 文章采用乳化液膜法对含硫的乙二醇溶液进行脱硫研究。考察了乳化液制备中表面活性剂种类、载体浓度、油内比和传质分离过程中乳外比等因素对脱除率的影响。优选了最佳表面活性剂为高氮聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(T154),确定了乳化液膜配方及操作条件,脱硫率可达96%以上。 Ethylene glycol desulfurization using Emulsion Liquid Membrane method has been studied in the paper. The effect of factors such as surfactant type, carriers concentration during elumsion preparation had been investigated, and identified the best surfactant was polyisobutylene succinimide nitrogen(T154), eptimized the formula and operating conditions of emulsion membrane, then the desulfurization rate could be up to 96 %.
