县(市)域城乡环境卫生设施规划编制初探

Preliminary Study on the Environment Sanitation Facilities Planning of Urban and Rural of the County/City Field

笔者探讨了城乡环境卫生设施规划编制的必要性与作用,论述了城乡环境卫生设施规划体系的总体设计思路,提出了包括环境卫生现状调查与分析、环境卫生现状评价与问题分析、生活垃圾产出趋势预测、环境卫生规划目标确定、生活垃圾收运及处理系统以及其它设施专项规划等内容的城乡环境卫生设施规划体系。

The author analyzed the necessity and role of the environment sanitation facilities planning of urban and rural. Overall design of the environment sanitation facilities planning of urban and rural was established, and the environment sanitation facilities planning of urban and rural system was put forward. The content of the system include investigation and analysis of environmental sanitation status, environmental sanitation status assessment and problem analysis, prediction of domestic waste developing tread, determination of the goal, collection and transportation system and treatment systems of domestic waste and other specified plan.
