花生壳粉处理废水中锌和镉离子的研究 被引量:4

摘要 用花生壳粉作吸附剂,控制吸附时间、温度、pH和投料量等条件,考察花生壳粉对锌离子和镉离子的吸附能力。用火焰原子吸收光谱测定吸附后溶液中重金属离子含量。结果表明,室温下,pH为7左右,投料量和溶液体积比为1.0 g/50 mL,吸附时间为75 min时,花生壳粉对锌离子的去除率达到70%左右,同等条件下,吸附时间为105 min时,花生壳粉对镉离子的去除率约为57%,说明花生壳对重金属离子有较强的吸附能力,是处理重金属离子污染的可行性方法。 The adsorption capacity of peanut shells for Zn2+and Cd2+ was studied at different adsorption time, temperature, pH, feeding amount and other conditions. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to measure the content of Zn2~and Cd2+ in solution after adsorption. The removal rates for Zn2+and Cd2+ were about 70 % and 57 %, respectively. The modified adsorption conditions were described as follow: at room temperature, pH=7 or so, the ratio of the feeding amount and the solution volume was 1.0 g/50 mL and the adsorption time for Zn2+and Cd2+ was 75 and 105 min, respectively. The results indicated that the peanut shells had strong adsorption capacity for heavy metal ions. It was a feasible treatment method for the pollution of heavy metal ions.
