摘要
介绍了采用曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺深度处理印刷电路板废水的工程实例。运行结果表明:经过预处理后,在BAF进水COD低于180 mg/L的情况下,出水的COD低于100 mg/L,最终出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的一级标准。该深度处理工艺具有占地面积小、运行稳定、成本低、出水水质好等优点。
An engineering example of printed circuit board wastewatar treatment by biological aerated filter (BAF) process was introduced. The results proved that, when the influent COD of BAF was less than 180 mg/L, the COD was reduced to less than 100 mg/L, the final effluent quality can steadily meet the first grade of integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978-1996) after the wastewater was pretreated. The process had advantages of less area of land coverage, high efficient, low operation cost and reliable performance etc.
