摘要
皮革废水成分复杂,污染物质浓度高,毒性大,水质水量波动大,处理难度大,如何用尽量少的投入,使废水达到行业排放标准,对皮革企业至关重要。某皮革有限公司皮革废水处理采用物化处理+普通活性污泥法,但是经物化处理后的废水不能全部进入活性污泥池使化学需氧量CODCr达标,氨氮100%不达标。本研究采用ABR(Anaerobic Baffled Reactor)+SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor)工艺,利用厌氧工艺ABR水解皮革废水中的难降解物质,并去除大部分有机物,出水进入SBR中,去除剩余有机物的同时,进行硝化反应与反硝化反应,去除废水中的氨氮,探索ABR+SBR工艺在皮革废水处理中的可行性和运行效果。用ABR+SBR处理皮革废水,COD去除率有所提高,可达二级排放标准;在及时补充碱度的情况下,氨氮去除率100%达标,脱氮试验取得了成功,验证了ABR+SBR处理皮革废水的可行性。
The components of tannery waste water are very complex, not only the consistence and the toxicity of the pollutants is high, but also the change range of the water quality and quantity is wide. In a Leather Limited Corporation the waste water be treated by physical chemistry method and ordinarily active sludge method. But the organic dirt of the waste water cannot be totally treated up to par. The amino nitrogen 100 % cannot be treated up to par. This research take the technics of ABR(Anaerobic Baffled Reactor )+SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor) to fred whether this method is fit for the treatment of tannery wastewater or not. In this method, First, the pretreated tannery wastewater is pumped into ABR to hydrolyze the organic wastes that difficult to be degraded, at the same time, most of the organic matters arc removed from the wastewatcr by anaerobic microorganisms. Secondly, the outflow from ABR inflow SBR, eliminating the residual organic wastes, nitration and denitrification take place. Using the technics of ABR+SBR in the tannery wastewater treatment, the COD elimination rate is higher, can up to par &the second-rate in Integrated wastewater dischage standard GB 8978-1996. In the situation of not lack of alkalinity, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate 100 % up to par, the denitrogenation experiment is successful, confu'med the feasibility of ABR+SBR technics in treating tannery wastewater.
