浙江省个体经商人员艾滋病相关知信行现状及影响因素研究

Survey on the KAP of AIDS and influence factors among self-employed merchants in Zhejiang Province

目的了解浙江省商贸市场个体经商人员艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为现状及其影响因素,为开展针对性的干预工作提供科学依据。方法采用分阶段整群抽样的方法,对1189名个体经商人员进行问卷调查;对787人进行HIV抗体检测。结果调查对象对HIV/AIDS知识有一定的了解,总体知晓率为86.34%,但是知识掌握不够全面,非传播途径知晓率不高,预防措施了解也不够深入;文化程度是一个非常重要的影响因素,本地人口对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率是来自外省人员的1.732倍;对艾滋病疫情不够关注,77.21%的人认为自己不可能感染HIV;安全套使用率不高,只有10.79%的人表示在每次性行为时都会使用安全套;在最近1年中,7.23%的个体经商人员与临时性伴发生过性行为;2人HIV抗体检测呈阳性。结论商贸市场个体经商人员存在较高感染HIV的风险,应针对这一人群的特点和薄弱环节,进一步加大健康教育和干预力度,减少高危行为,降低艾滋病的传播。

Objective To investigate AIDS related knowledge, attitudes, practice of self-employed merchants in Zhejiang business markets and its influence factors, in order to facilitate the development of AIDS prevention and control strategies. Methods With stage cluster sampling method, 1189 self-employed merchants were recruited to finish a questionnaire survey regarding knowl edge, attitude, and practice of AIDS. 787 individuals also completed the H1V antibody test. Results Although the awareness rate for general HIV/AIDS knowledge was high （86. 34% ）, the rate for non-transmission routes and the cognition for self-protection were lower. Education level was a very important. The awareness rate of native merchants wes 1. 732 times higher than that of immigrant merchants. The self-employed merchants weren＇ t concerned with the epidemic information about HIV, and 77. 21% thought that they couldn＇t be infected with HIV. 10. 79% of them had used condom every time in the past year. 7.23% of them had sex with the temporary sexual partners in the past year. Two HIV antibody positive individuals were found in 787 interviewees. Conclusion There is a high risk of HIV infection among self-employed merchants of business markets. A targeted and stronger health education and intervention work should be taken to this particular group to decrease the occurrence of risky behaviors for preventing the transmission of AIDS.
