白虎汤灌肠治疗温病气分热证研究

Study of baihu tang clysis on Qifen fever syndrome of seasonal prevalent diseases

目的研究白虎汤灌肠治疗温病气分热证的效果。方法采用内毒素静脉注射的方法制作温病气分热证动物模型,再使用不同的用药方式观察白虎汤灌肠的治疗效果。结果白虎汤灌肠的远期退热效果优于腹腔注射和非那根。结论白虎汤灌肠能有效治疗温病气分热证。

Objective It is to study the effect of baihu tang clysis on Qifen fever syndrome of seasonal prevalent diseases.Methods The animal model with Qifen fever syndrome of seasonal prevalent diseases was made with endotoxin intravenous injection.The treatment effectiveness of baihu tang was observed through different administer ways.Results The long term defervescence effect of baihu tang clysis was better than that of baihu tang peritoneal injection and Phenergan.Conclusion Baihu tang clysis can effectively treat Qifen fever syndrome of seasonal prevalent diseases.
