摘要
临床思维是建立在症状、体征和检查结果基础上，对疾病诊断的总结、分析、判断过程。培养正确的思维模式可以避免以偏概全或对疾病分析的遗漏。在临床实习中培养临床思维能力将使医学生在临床技能运用上得到很大提高。
Clinical thoughts based on symptoms, physical signs and examine outcomes is a process of analysis, judgement and conclusion of disease diagnosis. To cultivate an exact thinking model can avoid taking a part for the whole or a miss in disease analysis, so to cultivate clinical thoughts in clinical practice can elevate medical students＇clinical skills.
