摘要
闪光光谱仪应用电荷耦合器件和数字化技术,可以获取瞬间光源的光谱能量分布.文中通过对闪光光谱仪能量关系的分析,结合0.36μm~1.0μm区域的脉冲氙灯光谱曲线实例,阐述了光栅相对衍射效率对闪光光谱仪输出的影响.
By means of CCD and A/D, flash speotrograph can be used to obtain spectral energe distribution of an instantaneous illuminant. Through the analysis for the energe relation of flash speotrograph, it is expounded in this article that how the output of flash speotrograph ia affected by the relative diffraction efficiency of grating, with examples of flash xenon lamp spectra in the wavelength range from 0.36μm to 10μm.
