压力性尿失禁患者液桥试验影响的研究

Study of Strengthening nursing on fluid bridge test for patients with stress incontinence

目的研究对女性压力性尿失禁患者液桥试验检查结果及并发症的影响。方法随机选取经尿动力学检查证实为压力性尿失禁女性患者100例进行液桥试验。依据干预程度,将其随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预措施,实验组在其基础上给予强化护理干预措施。记录液桥试验结果、疼痛评分(Facepain rating scale FPS-R)、状态焦虑问卷(State-Trait Anxiety Inventery,S-AI)得分和检查后2d内发热性泌尿系感染发生情况。结果 FPS-R评分和S-AI评分实验组分别为2±0.9和35.79±6.97,均显著低于对照组(2.5±0.8和43.56±9.10);实验组患者液桥试验阳性诊断率为96%,显著大于对照组80%(P=0.031);检查后两组发热性泌尿系感染的发生率差异无统计学意义(2%和8%,P=0.358)。结论强化护理有助于提高压力性尿失禁患者液桥试验检查质量,并降低了患者疼痛和焦虑程度。

Objective To study the impact of strengthening nursing on the results and complications of fluid bridge test in the women with urodynamic stress incontinence. Methods The fluid bridge tests were competed in this study on 100 women with urodynamic stress incontinence confirmed by urodynamic study.According to the degree of nursing intervention,the cases were randomly divided into control group（only received routine nursing interventions） and experimental group（additionally received strengthening nursing interventions） of 50 cases.The pareamenters were compared between two group including the facial expressions of pain score（FPS-R）,state anxiety inventery（S-AI）,fluid bridge test,and incidence of febrile urinary tract infection. Results The FPS-R and S-AI of experimental group was（2±0.9） and（35.79±6.97）,significantly lower than that of control group.However,the positive rate of fluid bridge test was 96%,singifcantly higher than that of control group and there was no significant difference in the incidence of febrile urinary tract infection between both groups（P=0.358）. Conclusions Strengthening nursing intervention can improve quality of fluid bridge test for the patients with urodynamic stress incontinence and reduce the level of pain and anxiety.
