律师见证病例的分析及其对医疗管理实践的启示

Analysis of cases subjected to lawyer witness and its enlightment on medical management practice

目的对哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院律师见证病例进行多角度分析,掌握律师见证病例的规律、特点;通过对律师见证病例的分析,探讨为医院医疗管理部门对医疗制度的制定、危重患者的管理及医疗纠纷的有效预防提供依据。方法采用文献法、案例分析法和统计方法。结果进行律师见证的病例年龄较高、手术难度较大,围手术期风险较大,且多数集中于普外、脑外、骨外、心外、泌外等大手术科室。结论律师见证病例具有年龄大,手术级别高,围手术期风险大,并且多数集中于普外、脑外、骨外、心外、泌外等大手术科室的特点;医疗管理部门要严格执行各项医疗管理制度,尤其是危重症患者抢救制度及沟通制度等,预防医疗纠纷的发生。

Objectives To analyze cases witnessed by lawyers in our hospital from multiple angles and master regular pattern and features of cases witnessed by lawyers;through analysis of cases witnessed by lawyers,to provide medical management department of hospital with evidence on establishment of medical system,management of critically ill patients and effective prevention of medical disputes.Methods Literature method,case analysis and statistical methods.Results Cases subjected to lawyer witness had relatively older age,more surgical difficulty and higher perioperative risk,and most cases were concentrated on major surgical departments,including general surgery,cerebral surgery,bone surgery,cardiac surgery and urinary surgery.Conclusions Cases subjected to lawyer witness were characterized by older age,high surgical level and high perioperative risk,and mostly concentrated on major surgical departments,including general surgery,cerebral surgery,bone surgery,cardiac surgery and urinary surgery;medical management department should strictly execute each medical management system,especially critically ill patients rescue system and communication system,so as to prevent medical disputes.
