玉屏风胶囊联合咽炎清解方治疗慢性咽炎效果观察

Observation of clinical effect of Yupingfeng capsules combined with Yanyanqingjiefang on chronic pharyngitis

目的探讨玉屏风胶囊与咽炎清解方联合使用对慢性咽炎患者的临床疗效,探讨其起作用的可能机制。方法将58例慢性咽炎患者按随机、对照的原则分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(29例);两组患者在治疗前均给予疾病教育及常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予玉屏风胶囊口服治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予咽炎清解方治疗,比较两组的临床疗效,并观察治疗过程中的药物不良反应。结果治疗组显效18例,有效8例,总有效率为89.7%;对照组显效12例,有效11例,总有效率为79.3%,治疗组的总有效率和显效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,未观察到明显不良反应。结论玉屏风胶囊与咽炎清解方联合治疗慢性咽炎具有肯定的疗效,不良反应少见。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and possibly mechanisms about Yuping-feng capsules combined with Yanyanqingjiefang on chronic pharyngitis.Methods Totally 58 chronic pharyngitis patients were divided into control group and treatment group blinded and randomly.All patients were given routine treatment,patients in control group were given Yupingfeng capsules on the basic of routine treatment,patients in control group were given Yanyanqingjiefang on the basic of control group,clinical effect and drug adverse reaction were observed and compared between two groups.Results Totally 18 patients in treatment group appeared to be expressly effective,8 patients appeared to be effective in control group,the totally effective rate was 89.7%.12 patients in control group appeared to be expressly effective,11 patients appeared to be effective in control group,the totally effective rate was 79.3%.Totally effective rate in treatment group was significantly better than that of control group.Few adverse drug reaction were observed in two groups.Conclusions Yupingfeng capsules combined with Yanyanqingjiefang on chronic pharyngitis were effective along with less drug adverse reaction.
