脑蛋白水解物注射液辅助治疗脑性瘫痪疗效评价

Evaluation of therapic effect on cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection for cerebral palsy patients

目的探讨脑蛋白水解物注射液辅助治疗脑性瘫痪的作用。方法选择90例脑性瘫痪患儿作为观察组,使用丽珠集团丽宝生物化学制药有限公司生产的脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗;同时选择80例脑性瘫痪患儿作为对照,采用常规治疗。结果观察组治疗6个疗程,有50例达到Ⅳ、Ⅴ级水平,对照组有20例达到Ⅳ、Ⅴ级水平,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脑蛋白水解物注射液辅助治疗脑性瘫痪疗效肯定。

Objective To investigate the effects of cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection（Cerebrolysin） in treatment of patients with cerebral palsy.Methods Totally 90 cerebral palsy patients were treated with cerebrolysin produced by the Libao biochemical pharmaceutical limited company and 80 patients were treated with routine therapy.Results Totally 50 cases in the study group and 20 cases in the control group reached Ⅳor Ⅴgrade after 6 courses,and there was signifcant difference between two groups（P0.01）.Conclusions Treatment of cerebral palsy with cerebrolysin is effective.
