再沸器与精馏塔合用是石油化工企业常用的组合工艺装置,其工艺设备布置及管路设计的优化有利于整个管系和设备的稳定运行。介绍了自然循环式和强制循环式热虹吸再沸器工艺流程;提出了再沸器与精馏塔组合的设备布置要求;简述了再沸器生根在精馏塔上和再沸器安装在单独支架上的2种典型布置方案;探讨了2种典型布置方案的管路设计原则和注意事项。
Jointly using reboiler and rectifier was the compound process units commonly used in the petrochemical enterprises,optimization of its process equipment layout and pipeline design was beneficial to stable operation of whole pipeline system and equipment.Author has introduced the process flow of heat siphon reboiler with natural circulation and forced circulation modes;has proposed the equipment layout requirement in combination of reboiler with rectifier;has briefly described the two kinds of typical layout schemes in which the reboiler was located at rectifier and the reboiler was installed at independent support;has discussed the pipeline design principle and matters to be noticed for the two kinds of typical layout schemes.
