摘要
目的:探讨亚健康状态乙肝病毒感染者健康教育的效果。方法:对150例亚健康状态乙肝病毒感染者患者进行健康教育,采用SAS、SDS量表和自设量表对患者进行问卷调查,评价患者健康教育前后的效果。结果:150例患者健康教育后,遵医行为明显优于健康教育前,SAS、SDS的指标相比健康教育前降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育能提高亚健康状态乙肝病毒感染者的遵医行为,促进患者心理健康,提高患者生活质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of health education on sub-health state HBV infectors.Methods: 150 sub-health state HBV infectors were carried on health education by using SAS,SDS and questionnaires set for patients,then evaluate the effect on patients before and after health education.Results: 150 patients' compliance behavior after health education was obviously superior to that before education,and the indexes of SAS,SDS were decreased compared with those before education,it was of statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion: Health education can enhance the compliance behaviour of sub-health state HBV infectors,promote the patients' mental health and improve the life qualities of the patients.
