摘要
目的:探讨电刺激生物反馈治疗盆腔功能障碍性疾病的临床效果。方法:48例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,用Phenix神经肌肉刺激治疗仪进行电刺激生物反馈训练治疗,针对不同患者采取个体化治疗方案。结果:治疗后盆底肌Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力测试评分平均提高2级,疲劳度测定平均提高3%,治疗前后问卷调查表量化评分平均提高4.0分,患者对治疗效果满意。结论:电刺激生物反馈能有效治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病,提高患者生活质量,并发症少,风险小,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation on treating pelvic floor dysfunctions.Methods： 48 patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions received treatment training of biofeedback electrical stimulation with PHENIX nerve-muscle therapy instrument,and different patients were treated with individualized treatment plan.Results： After treatment,the muscle strength testing scores of type Ⅰ-Ⅱpelvic floor muscles increased by 2 levels on average,fatigue test improved the average of 3%.Before and after the treatment,quantitative questionnaire scores increased 4.0 scores on average.All patients received treatment showed satisfactions with the effect of therapies.Conclusion： Biofeedback electrical stimulation can be effective to treat pelvic floor dysfunctions,improve the life qualities of the patients and reduce the complications and risks,which is worth of clinical application and promotion.
