摘要
深松铲所受阻力是深松机重要的阻力来源,本文介绍了典型深松铲的结构形式,以凿型深松铲为例运用动力学理论对深松铲进行力学分析,建立了深松铲工作阻力数学模型,确定了深松铲的工作参数、土壤类型、土壤物理机械性质等因素与深松铲工作阻力之间的函数关系。分析了深松铲的铲面倾角、工作速度、松土深度等因素对深松机工作阻力的影响,以寻求深松铲最佳的工作参数。
Based on dynamic analysis of a subsoiler and soil, a calculating model aboutworking resistance of the subsoiler was set up, meantime the relationship between the working resistance of the subsoiler and working parameters of the subsoiler, soil types, soil performances in physics andmechanism was put forward. The optimum parameters of the subsoiler, the influences of plane obliquity, working speed, fracturing depth and breadth of the subsoiler on the working resistance of the subsoiler were analyzed respectively.
