关于乡村道路硬化后养护与管理的几点思考

乡村道路条数多、里程长、涉及面广、投资少、配套不完善、基础设施差,乡村道路与人民群众的利益息息相关、密不可分。特别是在党中央、国务院提出建设社会主义新农村的宏伟目标后,各级党委、政府高度重视乡村道路的硬化工作。

The rural roads have many features, such as the number is large, it covers a wide range, its investment is small, infrastructure is poor, it is closely related with people＇s interests. Especially after the Party Central Committee set the objective of building new country, leaders attach great importance to the hardening work of rural roads.
