摘要
本文详细分析了员工退休后将要面临的各种压力,并提出企业通过采取退休规划、团体咨询、安全理财等预先应对措施,使员工在退休前就充分做好了精神和物质上的各种准备,积极应对退休后的生活、安享晚年,对于企业提高员工忠诚度、留住和吸引人才、获得长远发展具有重要的现实意义。
The paper analyzes all kinds of pressures the employees will face after retirement and proposes response measures tbr the enterprises through the adoption of retirement planning, group counseling, financial management and other safety pre-response measures. So that the employees make the full variety of spiritual and material preparations before retirement and can make a positive response to life after retirement, enjoy a old age.
