摘要
本文通过供求平衡的模式来分析影响房地产业发展的主要因素,建立一个基于政府、房地产商、消费者三者之间的动力学模型,然后根据所建的三维动力学模型,对房地产市场的调控提出相应的意见,并以银行升息为例做了相应的分析。
This paper analyzes the main factors which influences development of real estate based on the pattern of balance of supply and demand, then dynamics model of 3-dimension based on government, land agent and consumers is established. According to the model, the paper puts foreword some advices and analyze it with examples as the interest rising as well.
