摘要
随着电子商务的蓬勃兴起,网上销售越来越多。在把网店通过各种方式引入的访问量,有效地转变成为订单量过程中,网上客服起的作用非常重要。文章以经营化妆品的网店为例,研究分析了此行业网上客服中所占比例比较大的问题以及相应的处理办法。
As the rise of the prosperous e-business market, the amount of products which selling through the internet is growing rapidly. The on-line stores are using tremendous ways to attractive more customers. They can not change their increase visit quantity to the bill of order easily without the help of on-line customer services. The article takes an on-line makeup shop as a mainly example and reveals the author's two major research. The article is basically analyzing the common problems which occur a lot during the on-line services and how do the people handle with this kind of problems.
