摘要
运用文献资料法,阐述了街舞的起源与发展,探讨街舞的文化内涵;挖掘街舞在心理调节、健身、表演等方面的体育价值,为高校体育课程中引进时尚体育文化,寻找新颖体育教学内容提供借鉴。
Using the literature and data method, the paper explains the origin and development of hip-hop, discusses the culture content of hlp-hop, digs the sports value of hip-hop in the psychological adjustment, fitness, sports performance and other aspects, which provide reference for introducing the fashion sports culture in sports curriculum for the college and finding new physical education content.
