Analysis of University Students' Harmonious Employment under Influence of the Subprime Crisis

2008年的全球性次贷危机,使本来就严峻的大学生就业形势更是雪上加霜。大学生就业已不仅是高等教育的问题,而是全社会的突出问题。在这样的形势下,我们必须充分认识大学生和谐就业问题,分析其新时期的特点,提出建议和对策,转"危"为"机",提高大学生就业率,以此带动政府职能和高教改革。

University students＂ employment situation is severe, and it is worse since the global subprime mortgage crisis in 2008. The university students＂ employment is not only the higher education problem, but the outstanding problem of the whole society. In such a situation, we must fully understand university students＂ harmonious employment, analyze its features in the new period, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures to turn these crises into opportunity, improve the employment rate of university students, and then promote the functions of the government and the reform of hi^her education.
