摘要
本文提出了旅游资源资产化的广义和狭义的定义,并构建了旅游资源的价值分类体系,在分析了溶洞的价值特点后,针对溶洞旅游资源进行了资产化研究,构建了它资产化的一般模式和特殊模式。
The article gave out the delinitions ol tourism resources capitalization in both broad and narrow sense, and constructed the tourism resources systems of value classification. It listed the features in Value, based on the analysis on such resources, Later, it made the capitalization study specialized in the tourism resources of Karst caves, and constructed a typical mode and a special one.
